Genwright BY KNOMATIC
Pricing

Priced on footprint. Not per seat, not per app.

One monthly platform fee, scaled to the size of the operation on the platform. Unlimited applications. Unlimited field users. AI usage is not in it, because you hold that account yourself.

The model

Three things you are charged for, and three you are not

What you pay for

Platform footprint

A monthly fee set by the greater of deployed users or units under management — vehicles, vessels, wells, assets, whichever measures the operation. One fee for the deployment.

Builder subscriptions

Per person actively building in the Studio. Most operations have one or two, or none if a partner builds for them.

Expert hours

Where you want Knomatic or a partner to do the building, scoped and quoted rather than metered.

What you do not pay for

Field users

Drivers, pumpers, crew, technicians. Charging per field user pushes them off the system, and a field workflow that excludes field users produces an incomplete record. That is a design decision, not a promotion.

Additional applications

Adding a second and third workflow to an existing deployment does not multiply the platform fee. Operations that start with one workflow usually add adjacent ones within a year.

AI credits

There is no credit system. You build through Anthropic's Claude Code under your own Anthropic account and pay Anthropic directly at your rates.

Bands

Footprint bands

Eight bands, set by the greater of deployed users or units under management, with linear pricing above the top band. Published rather than quoted case by case.

Builder subscriptions are $99 per builder per month. Expert hours are $150. A managed AI option is available for operators who prefer not to hold their own Anthropic account, priced at cost plus a stated handling rate — listed here rather than hidden inside the platform fee.

Questions

Pricing questions

How is the footprint measured?

By the greater of deployed users or units under management. Units are whatever measures the operation — vehicles, vessels, wells, assets. Using the greater of the two prevents the model from breaking on an operation with a hundred assets and four people, or four hundred people and no assets.

Do field users count toward the footprint?

Deployed users count toward the footprint band, but there is no per-seat charge, so adding field users moves you along a band rather than adding a line item per person. The distinction matters: per-seat pricing suppresses field adoption, which destroys the audit trail the platform depends on.

What does the AI actually cost?

It depends on the size of the workflow and how much your team iterates, and because the Anthropic account is yours you see it directly. Scoping calls include an estimate based on comparable builds, separate from the platform fee.

Is there a minimum term?

Terms, notice periods and any commitment are set out in your agreement and discussed during scoping. Ask to see the exit terms before you sign; the ownership page covers what leaving looks like.

What does a first build cost?

A scoped pilot is quoted as a fixed price after the scoping call, based on the workflows in scope and the integration surface. It is separate from the ongoing platform fee, and it is written down so it can be circulated internally.

Next step

A scoped quote, in writing, after one call.

Bring the workflow and the rough size of the operation. You will get a band, a build price and an AI estimate you can take to whoever approves spend.
