Genwright BY KNOMATIC
Partner program

Build for your own market, on someone else's platform.

Genwright partners deliver operational software into sectors and regions they already know, without building or maintaining a backend. Two tiers, published economics, and a certification that means something because it is verified by pre-flight rather than by a slide deck.

Who this suits

Firms that already have the customer and the domain knowledge

Software consultancies, systems integrators, industry specialists and rescue shops who keep being asked for operational software and keep having to quote a twelve-month build to deliver it.

The constraint on that business has never been demand. It is that a bespoke operational system needs a governed backend — permissions, audit, mobile sync, hosting, backups — and building one per client is unsustainable while maintaining someone else's is unprofitable. Partners use the Knomatic platform as that backend and keep the customer relationship, the domain expertise and the margin on delivery.

Tiers

Two ways to work together

Certified Partner

For firms delivering independently. You scope, build and support; Genwright provides the platform and escalation.

  • Higher partner discount on platform fees
  • Two certified builders required on staff
  • You own scoping, delivery and first-line support
  • Co-marketing and listing once the first build is live

Guided Partner

For firms building capability. Genwright works alongside you on early engagements until your team is certified.

  • Entry-level partner discount
  • Required enablement before first delivery
  • Joint scoping and shared delivery
  • Route to Certified once builders are credentialed
Referral, if delivery is not your business

A separate referral track pays declining residuals over a fixed term with a defined end, for firms that want to introduce customers without delivering. Deliberately time-limited rather than perpetual — a lifetime referral rate that exceeds partner delivery economics cannibalizes the channel it is meant to feed.

How it works

From first conversation to first delivery

  1. STEP 01

    Fit conversation

Your market, your existing customers, and whether operational software is something they are already asking you for.

  2. STEP 02

    Enablement

Your builders learn the platform and the Studio. Guided partners deliver their first engagements alongside us.

  3. STEP 03

    Certification

Builders take an application from blank canvas to production and clear pre-flight. The credential is assessed on real outcomes.

  4. STEP 04

    Independent delivery

You scope, build and support in your market at partner economics, with escalation behind you.

On exclusivity, plainly

Genwright does not grant territory or sector exclusivity before a partner has demonstrated sales capability. It is not a negotiating position; granting perpetual rights to an unproven channel is how platforms lose markets they have not entered yet. Exclusivity conversations happen after delivery, not before.

Questions

Partner questions

What are the partner discounts?

Certified and Guided tiers carry different discounts on platform fees, published in the partner agreement rather than negotiated deal by deal. Ask for the current schedule on the first call; consistent published economics is the point of having tiers at all.

Who owns the customer relationship?

You do. Partners contract with their own customers, scope their own engagements and support them. Genwright provides the platform, escalation and certification, and does not compete for accounts a partner has brought in.

Do we need developers to become a partner?

You need people who can operate a technical tool — Anthropic's Claude Code connected to the platform over MCP — and who understand the operational domain you sell into. Domain knowledge is the harder half and the one we cannot supply.

Can we work outside the United States?

Yes, and for many operations a local partner is the better path. Contracting terms, governing law and language handling are agreed per partner rather than assumed, which matters more than it sounds when enforcement crosses a border.

Is exclusivity available?

Not before delivery. A partner who has proven they can sell and deliver in a market is in a different conversation from one who has not, and the second conversation is the one worth having first.
