Four alternatives, compared honestly.
Genwright is not the right answer for every operational software problem, and pages that pretend otherwise are useless to the person actually deciding. Each comparison names the case for the other side first.

Will someone with authority read the record?
An auditor, an inspector, a class surveyor, a claims adjuster, a regulator, a customer disputing an invoice. If the answer is yes, the properties that matter are enforced permissions, an audit trail nobody can switch off, and an inspection before anything reaches production. Those are the things generation does not give you and packaged software gives you only in its own shape.
If the answer is no — it is an internal tool, a prototype, a convenience — then something faster and lighter is probably the better trade, and we would rather say that on a call than sell you a platform you do not need.
